铁路自然灾害视频监控系统

摘要(Abstract)：
为了对铁路沿线的自然灾害,如沙灾、雪灾、水灾,钢轨、路基、桥梁破损等特殊情况进行预警、报警,提出基于视频内容分析的视频监控报警系统。结合现有的视频监控系统,设计针对不同自然灾害的图像处理算法。实验验证,该算法能够处理多种天气情况和光照条件,并根据具体识别结果给出正确的报警信息。
